The film POVEDA, about the life of Saint Pedro Poveda, will be screened in some countries of Central America starting October 11th. It will also be screened once again in Munich, Germany, on Sunday, October 7.

On the morning of August 1, 2018, the opening session of the XVIII General Assembly (GA) of the Teresian Association took place at Santa María de Los Negrales Center. It will run until August 15. The President of the Association, Maite Uribe, delivered the opening address. The inaugural Eucharist was presided over by Cardinal Carlos Osoro, Archbishop of Madrid.

A relic of Saint Pedro Poveda is placed in the Cathedral of Madrid
MADRID, Spain.
On Sunday, July 1, in a ceremony presided over by Cardinal Carlos Osoro, a relic of Saint Pedro Poveda was enthroned in the chapel that honors his memory in the Cathedral of Santa María la Real de la Almudena in Madrid. This year this Cathedral celebrates a Marian jubilee since it is the 25th anniversary since St. John Paul II dedicated the temple, which took over a century to be completed.
