Busy day to day at Bana Ya Poveda Centre

The Bana Ya Poveda Centre in Kinshasa provides street children with school and vocational training, helping in their family and social reintegration. The Centre is a lively and busy place.

For the Easter Triduum, the Teresian Association in Italy organised a series of online meetings open to all TA members and friends in Europe and other continents.

A work assignment has opened up horizons for a sewing workshop in which students with special needs are trained at the TA Education Centre in Malabo.

The Teresian Association, as has been mentioned on several occasions, supports the Global Educational Pact to which Pope Francis is calling believers and non-believers.

Young people joining TA groups in Peru celebrate an ‘open’ Easter Triduum with the theme "From a distance, together in faith”. They share their experience in a short letter.

It is the second year of Project FORTH, an Erasmus plus capacity building project in Higher Education co funded by the European Commission on “Formation of Teachers in Emerging Challenged Areas of the Philippines” (FORTH).

“The Easter message speaks concisely of the event that gives us the hope that does not disappoint: ‘Jesus who was crucified has risen’.”
